How to order a repeat prescription - existing patients only
We are delighted to be able to offer an online prescription service for existing patients who have had a consultation with Professor Jolliffe within the last year. If your last appointment was over a year ago or you are not a pre-existing patient, please CLICK HERE to make an appointment.
There is a £25 administrative fee for this service which is separate from the cost of the medications and delivery costs charged by the pharmacy.
When ordering your prescription, please choose the earliest slot available. This will always be on a Sunday even though prescriptions are processed every day. Please ensure you clearly state the full details (including dosage) of the medications you need in the Additional Info box (see video below).
You can choose to have your prescription sent by first-class post or sent to Petter Pharmacy. We would recommend using Petter if your prescription is urgent as we have no contol over delivery times in your area.
If you choose Petter, the prescription request will be sent to Petter Pharmacy, 49-51 The Broadway, London N8 8DT. You will also be emailed a copy which will also confirm where the prescription is being made up.
Fourty-eight hours after you have received this confirmation email, call the pharmacy on the number below and they will take payment for your medications and arrange to send them to your home by courier or have them ready for you to collect.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION FOR ROACCUTANE THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE VIA A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. We cannot issue repeats for this medication without a consultation.
